This is a FET Open research and innovation action in the Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, funded under the H2020-FETOPEN-2014-2015 call.
The primary goals of the QCUMbER project are to develop the experimental and theoretical resources needed to address the quantum structure of the time-frequency degree of freedom of ultrashort light pulses and pulse trains and to demonstrate their utility for new types of quantum technologies, such as communications, dynamical sensors and computation.
QCUMbER involves 6 European research institutions from 4 different European countries. The project runs for three years - from 1 September 2015 through 31 July 2018.
